Join Us!
Carteret Catch is not limited to restaurants and fishermen. Even if you are not affiliated with the county's commercial fishing industry, you can still support the Carteret Catch program by joining as an Associate Member or as a Corporate Sponsor. Membership Information
Commercial Fisherman
Requirement:
1) Carteret County resident(s)
Benefits:
1) Voting rights (one vote)
2) A flag bearing the Carteret Catch brand to display
3) Recognition as a certified Carteret Catch partner on the Carteret Catch website
4) A NC Seafood Availability Chart
5) Informational brochures that describe the Carteret Catch program and list participating businesses
Seafood Dealer
Requirements:
1) Carteret County business address
2) Valid N.C. dealer’s license
3) Government inspection
Benefits:
1) Voting rights (one vote)
2) A decal of the Carteret Catch brand to display
3) A flag bearing the Carteret Catch brand to display outside the building
4) Recognition as a certified Carteret Catch partner on the Carteret Catch website
5) A laminated NC Seafood Availability Chart
6) Informational brochures that describe the Carteret Catch program and list participating businesses
7) An ink stamp kit bearing the Carteret Catch brand to authenticate the invoices of Carteret Catch restaurants to show the public that the seafood they advertise as local has been purchased within Carteret County. The stamp will have a D# so each Dealer has a unique stamp identity.
8) Business-size information cards
Restaurant
Requirements:
1) Offer at least one local commodity throughout the year when seasonally available.
2) Restaurants are encouraged to buy from the network of local dealers or fishermen who belong to the Carteret Catch program.

2) A decal of the Carteret Catch brand to display near the entrance so it is visible to the public
3) A flag bearing the Carteret Catch brand to display outside the building
4) Recognition as a certified Carteret Catch partner on the Carteret Catch website
5) A laminated NC Seafood Availability Chart
6) Informational brochures that describe the Carteret Catch program and list participating businesses
7) A template bearing the Carteret Catch brand for creating menu inserts listing the daily specials that feature local seafood
8) Business-size information cards

Requirement:
1) Government Inspection
2) Valid N.C. dealer’s license

Associate Member
Requirement:
1) Any supporter(s) of Carteret Catch who do not qualify for any other category

Note: Available premiums will be mailed within one month of receipt of application and check.
